I think that the sound of a baby laughing has got to be the best sound ever. I remember that Norah first started laughing around 2 month- but only in her sleep. She would get this little smile and then let out this "Marge Simpson" little laugh. Well, now she is a full blown giggler. Enjoy. P.S. The tattoo on my arm was left over from Ryan's 30th Bday Rock Star Party.
